Good to know
How long does the boat need to stay out of the water?
At least 72 hours, so the coating can fully bond to the gelcoat.
Does my boat need polishing before ceramic coating?
If the gelcoat is faded or oxidized, yes. The coating locks in the surface as it is, so we polish the hull first. On a newer boat in good shape, the coating can go straight on.
